User Manual of Bee Venom Collector Machine

How to use the device:

• All necessary items are included in the unit.
• Open the bee box and arrange the frame with glass in proper way.
• Extent the wire and make a connection with mother board.
• Cover the whole unit using plastic cover.
• Follow the same procedure for all frames.
• Make the mother board connection with battery.
• Check all collections very well before starting the machine.
• Switch on the power of machine.
• Green LED is indicating that machine is working properly.
• The machine will work for 40 min cycle.
• Constant red LED indication shows that the cycle is over.
• Stop the machine with switch.
• Wear all protective equipment and remove the glasses form frames.
• Collect the venom using venom remover and store in dry glass bottle.
• Keep the bottle at dry and cool place before dispatching.
• If red LED is flashing the battery voltage is not sufficient so put for charging around 4 to 6 hours.

Safety precautions:

• Take all possible measures to ensure safe work with bee venom.
• Work with gloves and protective glasses.
• Make sure the venom does not get into your eyes, nose or mouth.
• Always work in a team of at least 2.
• Keep the glasses, the devices and the venom itself out of children’s reach, other people, away from food products or animals.
• Wash your hands well after work. Keep the clothes you used while you worked separately from your others.
